Rice pancakes
adjustable:
left over rice (about a cup)
1 egg white
1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon golden syrup
some sugar
milk
ground ginger, mixed spice, cinammon
mix everything up, adjust flour/ milk to desired thickness. fry til baked.
if you want - make some custard too, and sprinkle a bit of cereal (i used hubbards black forest), mixed spice, and more golden syrup.

Banana peanut pizza.
amounts variable:
1 tsp Peanut Butter
1/2 tsp Custard powder
1 T cream
1 banana
1 smallish piece of pita bread
Strawberry Jam
Olivani
Golden syrup
Mash banana, mix in peanut butter, custard powder, and cream. spead olivani and jam on pita bread.
spread banana mix onto bread. make a spiral with golden syrup on top. grill til baked.
Sprinkle mixed spice on top.

i've been reading a fuckload (for me), i finally enjoy it.
done like - 3 novels, a couple of short stories and a play in the last few days.
great weekend too. well, in ended kinda awkwardly, but i wont dwell on it. :'(.
I've been designing shit for this band [none of which is on this page] - http://www.myspace.com/missguidedyouth, they need me. I'll probably be doing the art for their album too..
and i've converted to lentilism. don't look up lentilism, it just means that i've been eating a lot of lentils..
see, i'm not just a walking comedown.
